Key Responsibilities:

  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Work Environment:

TORA is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be working in a restaurant setting, preparing and cooking meals for customers.
