At Hatch, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Proposal Coordinator to join our team. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the proposal team in producing winning submissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the proposal development process, including coordinating proposal inputs, reviews, and production of the final document.
- Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and company standards.
- Develop and maintain proposal templates, databases, and systems.
- Collaborate with the pursuit manager to lead proposal preparation and submission for small and medium-scale pursuits.
- Support the pursuit manager in coordinating proposal kick-off meetings and scheduling ongoing proposal coordination meetings.
- Diploma or degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of proposal development experience, including at least 1 year of experience as a proposal coordinator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), and SharePoint and CRM knowledge are assets.
