Project Manager - Multi-Family Construction

Drake International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Calgary. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery for our multi-family construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure projects are completed within specified scope, schedule, budget, and meeting expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects in different developmental stages.
  • Negotiate and ensure accountability of all involved parties as per contracted services.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years previous experience working in commercial and residential multifamily project management.
  • Construction knowledge – overall understanding of construction processes, sequencing and planning concepts.
  • Ability to effectively manage new client development, client issues, complaints and inquiries while providing excellent service to clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, where collaboration is the key to success.
