Business Development Lead

Allnorth Consultants Limited is a multi-disciplinary engineering, project delivery, and construction services company. We provide innovative and practical project solutions to clients in various sectors.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our Kamloops team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales development efforts, including opportunity/lead generation, client management, proposal preparations, contract negotiations, and client management. The role requires excellent time management skills, the ability to professionally and confidently communicate with clients and executives, and experience with Salesforce is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales development efforts for the Grande Prairie team
  • Manage all sales-related aspects for existing key clients
  • Develop new opportunities and client relationships
  • Exceed quarterly and yearly win targets
Requirements:
  • Formal sales training an asset
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with clients and executives
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
