At National Bank of Canada, you will be part of a team of 1,000 investment advisors in the 5th largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. As an Investment Analyst, your analytical mind and passion for finance will have a positive impact on our organization.

Your Job
  • Analyze individual stocks, exchange-traded funds, investment funds, and other securities to bring value to clients by strategically managing their investments.
  • Create and regularly update model portfolios based on market trends and client needs.
  • Track portfolio performance to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Produce financial reports that provide insights into investment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest economic news to inform investment decisions.
  • Contribute actively to the preparation of bi-monthly investment committee meetings.
Your Team

You'll join a collaborative team of portfolio managers where you'll play a key role in achieving business objectives. We offer ongoing learning opportunities for professional development, including hands-on training, courses, and collaboration with colleagues.

Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in the securities industry.
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
  • CFA and/or CIM designation.
  • Knowledge of Croesus 8+ asset management software.
