Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Bright Sky Immigration Services Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and staff, resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues, and implement solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
