We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Trademarks Properties Inc.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with employees to identify and resolve technical problems, providing solutions and workarounds as needed.
  • Document and maintain a problems and solutions log for future reference.
  • Set up and configure computer equipment, including operating systems and software, to meet employee needs.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
