Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and leading marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales team with proposal and bid preparation, including writing and designing proposals
  • Facilitate the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and trade show displays
  • Work with the estimating group to standardize proposal templates and ensure consistency in proposal submissions
  • Collect and analyze data to create reports and track sales performance
  • Implement and lead new organization strategies for opportunity logging and prospecting
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely submissions and follow-up schedules
  • Manage proposal submission templates and track lost opportunities
  • Assist with new market intelligence and industry research
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and mechanical aptitude
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is an asset
