Breakfast Attendant/Ambassador Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant/Ambassador. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Early Morning Setup: Arrive at work on time to set up the buffet, prepare all food items, and maintain a clean and attractive presentation throughout the meal period.
  • Host with a Smile: Provide exceptional customer service by pouring coffee, helping guests, answering questions, and offering a friendly smile.
  • Server Extraordinaire: Maintain a clean and organized area by bussing tables, clearing debris, and breaking down the buffet.
  • Safety and Security Agent: Adhere to hotel safety and security policies and procedures, anticipate potential issues, and notify management as needed.

Requirements:

Physical Demands: Ability to work long hours if needed, exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Medium work involves standing for extended periods without sitting or leaning.

Language Requirements: Must be able to convey information clearly in English. Some shifts may begin as early as 5am, so reliable transportation is essential.
