About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales results, supervising the store team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize store sales and achieve sales goals through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
  • Foster a consumer-centric mindset and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers.
  • Provide direct feedback, coaching, and supervision to associates to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Lead a team to exceed sales results and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales and profit results.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • 1+ years of retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
