Responsibilities:Key Tasks:
  1. Develop detailed project schedules and provide coaching to junior staff members.
  2. Lead the loading of Resource/Budget Schedules and coordinate the planning process.
  3. Create and manage baseline schedules, ensuring they are up-to-date.
  4. Extract relevant Primavera data files and distribute them to the cost controller.
  5. Generate and disseminate internal and external schedules.
  6. Closely monitor and control project progression against set schedules.
  7. Compile resource requirement reports and highlight critical schedule discrepancies.

Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in cost control within engineering and construction environments.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
