About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Socié Financière Manuvie. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving iterative improvement, and promoting strong communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Drive iterative improvement by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain Scrum boards and reports to track project progress
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on Agile principles and practices
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery using Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Scrum tools and technologies, such as Jira
