Our organization provides services to clients requiring assistance with investment and insurance products. As an advisor, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, resolving questions or concerns, and providing product information while delivering exceptional client experiences. Successful candidates are well-organized, service-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-level customer service.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance requirements
  • Developing and retaining business through relationship-building with clients
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to clients
  • Investigating and resolving client queries by researching further information and collaborating with clients and partners as needed
  • Educating clients on available products, solutions, and services
  • Providing advice and account/policy maintenance services using business planning processes
  • Contribution to team and department goals
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, Canadian banking, insurance, and/or financial advice channels, with emphasis on investment fund products and services
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service roles will be considered for suitable candidates
  • College Diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of savings, investment, and insurance products/services, as well as financial planning concepts, and regulatory understanding
  • Bilingualism (French, English) required for serving French and English-speaking customers across Canada
  • Valid mutual fund registration and/or life insurance license (LLQP) necessary in any Canadian province
  • Ability to utilize professionalism and deliver high-level customer service
  • High level of attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
