Responsibilities
  • Engage clients in meaningful financial conversations, listening deeply and asking insightful questions to understand their real goals and motivations behind their financial decisions.
  • Encourage action through strategic financial advice, ensuring clients take meaningful steps toward achieving their financial goals while helping them see the bigger picture.
  • Set and surpass your own ambitious targets for Advisor Services acquisitions and referrals, consistently raising the bar for performance.
  • Innovate new strategies to engage potential clients and effectively communicate the value of Wealthsimple Advisor Services.
  • Lead by example in client engagement, setting new standards for the Advisor Services experience.
  • Pioneer new ways to articulate the value proposition of Wealthsimple Advisor Services, setting trends in how premium financial services are experienced.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements based on your market insights.
