Facilities Operations Manager

As a Facilities Operations Manager - Maintenance and Repair, you will oversee a team of Technicians in delivering preventative and corrective maintenance, routine, and on-demand services for assigned facilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor execution and performance to ensure timely completion and adherence to requirements, including operating procedures, quality, performance, and contract response needs.
- Provide input for performance reviews.
- Oversee and monitor Technician activities within assigned facilities, ensuring activities align with established processes and internal/external requirements.
- Perform regular facility, mechanical, and electrical equipment/system monitoring and inspection, as well as preventative and corrective maintenance to meet uptime objectives.
- Respond to routine and on-demand service requests and perform maintenance on facility mechanical and electrical equipment/systems.
- Maintain work order records within the service management maintenance database.
- Coordinate and assist in implementing preventative maintenance programs.
- Participate in facility-related projects.
- Support training, safety meetings, operational meetings, toolbox talks, etc.
Your Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance.
- High school diploma plus trades training and certification.
- Advanced ability to adhere to processes and practices related to facility operations and maintenance.
- Ability to maintain and repair building mechanical and electrical equipment/systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolution skills for building mechanical and electrical equipment/systems.
- Current knowledge of fire, life, safety, and building codes and standards.
- Effective communication skills.
- Bilingual (French and English) proficiency.

Your Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications and location.
