Job Title: Finance Analyst Internship

Join Polytainers Inc as a Finance Analyst Intern and contribute to the company's financial planning and analysis team. As a key member of the team, you will support the Finance, FP&A, Sales, Operations, and Executive teams with reporting, performance tracking, and analysis of key accounts across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support commercial planning and sales by preparing reports for sales and operations meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales leads to provide data-driven insights for customer performance analysis.
  • Execute month-end tasks and maintain reports, including CDI and IHS price sheets.
  • Assist in correcting pricing discrepancies between customer PO and amount invoiced.
  • Build and maintain sales reports in Excel, BOARD, and other analytical tools.
  • Assess and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency in the department through people and technology.
  • Support financial analysis processes and contribute to the analysis and interpretation of business results.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing business processes.
  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing and/or CPG as a finance analyst.
  • Previous experience managing and analyzing datasets.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to work on multiple simultaneous deliverables.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands for results and decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate, and react to frequently changing business conditions.
