Liquor Store Manager

Bear Creek Liquor Store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to lead our team. As a Liquor Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including evaluating and planning daily operations, managing staff, and assigning duties.
- Staff Management: Manage staff, including supervising office and volunteer staff, conducting performance reviews, and determining staffing requirements.
- Merchandise Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and meets customer demands.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring that customers receive excellent service.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting expectations and to identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
