Liquor Store Supervisor Job Description

Bear Creek Liquor Store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, promoting sales growth and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
