Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support services for assigned clients.

Responsibilities- Provide primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support services for assigned clients
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support services
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with client needs and goals
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health and substance use issues
- Collaborate with community agencies and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care and support services
- Baccalaureate degree in a mental health and substance use related discipline, plus two years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
