Salary Range: CAD $49.02/Hr. - CAD $61.21/Hr.

About the Role:

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Vancouver, providing expert clinical supervision and consultation to staff in child and youth mental health and substance use care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise at least one other Health Sciences Professional and provide advanced specialist-level clinical guidance.
  • Enable interdisciplinary standards of care, reviewing client/family needs and providing clinical advice.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with staff and community partners.
  • Participate in staff development, education, and training programs.
  • Contribute to the development of best practice protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in behavioral science from a recognized program.
  • Five years' experience in advanced clinical supervision, including group therapy with a concurrent disorders youth population.
  • Three years' experience developing and implementing best practice protocols and guidelines.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of maternal child health, early childhood development, and child and adolescent mental health.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
