Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Associate to join our team at ETG Commodities Inc. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounting and finance, looking to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

The Financial Management Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts. The successful candidate will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Reconcile accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve financial processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial software and systems, including ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
