Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate financial strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the Company.
  • Lead cross-training initiatives within the Finance department on financial reporting systems.

  • Monitor financial performance by analyzing results and minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Prepare and communicate budgets, forecasts, and projections.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for aviation. A minimum of 10 years' experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in senior roles, is required.

This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, Rise Air provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
