Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at Transit Logistics Solutions Inc. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials across the country.
  • Logistics: Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and cargo to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements
  • Certifications: AZ class license
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Long Haul Truck Driver
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
