Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KMJE Investments Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of employee performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.

  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and be willing to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with staff and other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
