Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant to join our team in a per diem capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional to provide high-quality care to our patients while working independently as part of a collaborative team.
About the Role
This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing comprehensive patient care in a walk-in clinic setting. As a Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for performing history and physical exams, interpreting laboratory and diagnostic procedures, and formulating diagnoses and treatment plans within your scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive and problem-focused history and physical exams, interpreting and correlating laboratory and diagnostic procedures to assist in formulating a diagnosis and treatment plan.
- Order, collect, and perform appropriate laboratory or diagnostic procedures and studies.
- Provide needed procedures, including assisting in surgery and continually assessing patient needs and conducting appropriate follow-up.
- Performing procedures, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic procedures within scope of practice.
- Order, prescribe, and dispense medication and durable goods as allowed by state and within scope of practice.
- Maintain required records and write progress notes on patient charts as to status, treatments, and procedures.
- Counsel the patient as to preventative care, medical problems, exercise, and the use of prescribed medications and treatments.
Requirements
- Accredited program required: Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner
- Must be board certified
- Minimum of 1 year preferred: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner experience
- Required credentials: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner; May be required: Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
