About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our team at RONA. As a Sales Team Member, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Customers Warmly: Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, setting the tone for a positive interaction.
  • Assess Customer Needs: Use your analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide informed advice on products.
  • Present Merchandise: Showcase products through demos, highlighting features and recommending complementary items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Contribute to Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing displays, labeling, and signage to promote products.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on new products, their technical applications, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Contribute to achieving sales targets by staying informed of promotions and flyers, and working in accordance with store policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in Sales: Previous experience in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide informed advice on products.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
