Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor - Site Lead

Squeaky-Kleen Janitorial Services LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor - Site Lead to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor - Site Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that all sites or facilities are safe and clean. This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
