Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Disinfect Solutions. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our commercial facilities, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and safety are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
