Parts Coordinator

Brandt is seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator for our Hay River, NWT location, reporting to our Grande Prairie office.
This role involves assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Problem solving and inventory management
- Unloading, receiving, and storing incoming parts and materials in the warehouse and yard
- Locating parts and materials, and shipping to customers and other branches
- Providing assistance to service technicians as required
- Placing inventory stock orders and making adjustments
- Accurately documenting and reporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
- Using parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems
Required Skills:
- Ability to meet physical demands of parts/warehousing trade
- Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Required Experience:
- Previous experience in the parts industry preferred
- Solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills
- Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset
- Ability to meet physical demands of parts/warehousing trade
- Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
