About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Helper to join our team at Ricky's All Day Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and enjoy a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in an appealing way.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
    • Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized regularly.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all inventory is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
