Job OverviewAs a Concierge, you will be the face of our high-end residential properties, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. Our most successful Concierges possess a strong background in customer service, a passion for going above and beyond, and the ability to problem-solve and diffuse challenging situations.
Shifts AvailableWe offer flexible scheduling, including Friday and Saturday shifts, with a focus on overnight hours from 11pm to 7am.
Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in strata buildings is an asset.
- At least one year of direct/in-person customer service experience is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are necessary to effectively communicate with clients and support staff.
- Ability to patrol the property, including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior.
- Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including wind, heat, cold, and rain.
As a part-time associate, you will have access to our Employee Assistance Plan and competitive hourly compensation of $20.00 - $21.00.
