We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Front Desk Administrator to join our team at 8405 Place Saint Charles, a luxury apartment community located on the Brossard waterfront. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, and promoting a positive resident experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide access control services and maintain the security of our community;
- Greet and assist residents and guests with courtesy and professionalism;
- Use creativity to meet the individual needs of residents and provide personalized services;
- Handle resident requests and complaints with discretion and a win-win approach;
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including coordinating logistics and providing administrative support;
- Maintain accurate logs and data sheets, and provide updates to corporate systems;
- Promote and secure bookings for optional services, such as housekeeping and fitness classes;
- Facilitate resident events and maintain a clean and organized work environment;
- Respond to resident inquiries and suggestions in a prompt and positive manner;
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of prior hospitality experience;
- Some higher education or vocational training in the hospitality industry is desired;
- Good geographic knowledge of the surrounding area;
- Fluent communication skills in French and English, with additional languages an asset;
- Comfortable working with animals;
- Ability to apply common sense and follow instructions;
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure;
- Proficiency with computer applications and corporate systems;
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds;
- Professional appearance, including clean uniforms with name tags.
