Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

At CRUSADERS CARGO CARRIERS, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and prioritize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize operational logistics
  • Organize and assign tasks to accomplish work
  • Oversee and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Coordinate and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow up on issues with work orders and ensure timely resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices

Requirements:

  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Environment:

  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
