Senior Branch Manager

Are you a natural leader with a passion for building and strengthening customer relationships?
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of financial advisors to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow customer relationships and increase sales.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the branch.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with Scotiabank's policies and procedures.
- Oversee the implementation of new initiatives and procedures to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
What skills do you need to succeed?
- Experience in people management and team leadership.
- Strong sales and marketing skills to promote Scotiabank's products and services.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- License to sell mutual funds.
- CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Branch Compliance Officer certification.
