General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our cleaning services team at Sweet Home Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Oversee the operation of the company
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control
- Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility, organization, and team player skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office and MS Windows
- Parking available
- Criminal record check
- Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload
