About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Work: Oversee the work of technicians and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Order Materials and Stock: Procure and manage the necessary materials and supplies to complete repairs.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all repairs, including materials used and labor hours.
  • Inspect Final Assembly: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs meet our high standards.
  • Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the repair process.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive repair industry.
  • Certifications: Auto Body Repairer Trade Certification.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
