About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team at Rogers Communications. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
