About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Rogers. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with store managers to achieve business objectives and improve store operations
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
