About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Phantom Screens. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain our corporate website, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with our brand messaging.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with customers and promote our brand.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on business-to-consumer marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
