About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Phantom Screens. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing plans, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Work with the sales team to develop and execute sales enablement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain the company's website, including content updates and SEO optimization.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with customers and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email templates.
  • Manage and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and inform future marketing decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot.
  • Experience with social media marketing, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
