About the Role
As an Insurance Advisor at Western Coast Insurance Services, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers protect what matters most to them. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets by providing quotes and selling new policies to customers, while also building lasting relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary, as we provide applicable training for the right candidate
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC is an asset
What We Offer
- Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week
- Competitive compensation range of $45,000 - $61,000
