Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for clients
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process payroll for employees
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero to record and track financial transactions
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of income tax laws
