Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining records.
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track information and statistics.
  • Provide support for special projects and events as required.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
