Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Quarry Consulting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Employment Requirements: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and notify applicants of results of the selection process.
  • Job Offer Preparation: Prepare job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and LinkedIn.
Work Environment:
