Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Quarry Consulting Inc. as a key member of our recruitment team.

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our clients. This is a permanent position that requires a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit top talent for our clients through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs and goals.
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role that requires working in an office environment and remotely. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals.
