We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Real Estate Finance team at Nicola Wealth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our Real Estate Finance Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decisions
- Perform financial analysis and due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Collaborate with the Investment Team to identify and evaluate investment opportunities
- Provide financial support to the Real Estate Finance Management Team
- Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent) with a minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in accounting
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
