About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Associate to join our team at RADIGOS CLEANING SERVICES. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Work Environment: Work independently in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, and patience.
