Job Overview

The Supply Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring maximum inventory levels within our capacity. This includes managing inventory and receipts across various distribution centers, as well as developing tools to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coach a diverse team of buyers to achieve strategic objectives and foster their professional growth;
2. Set priorities for the procurement team and lead the implementation of initiatives and solutions;
3. Present a monthly inventory governance review to the Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) Committee;
4. Influence the committee to ensure strategies are effectively implemented;
5. Contribute to the improvement of our business processes and purchasing systems;
6. Participate in the implementation of a collaboration platform with our suppliers;
7. Collaborate on strategy, procurement, and inventory management decisions aligned with growth and marketing strategies;
8. Ensure replenishment management considering warehouse receiving, storage, and growth capacities;
9. Monitor inventory level performance against established targets and propose improvements;
10. Work closely with all departments to execute manufacturing programs and educate the team on merchandising strategies;
11. Maintain good relationships with manufacturers;
12. Implement tools and indicators to monitor performance metrics (KVIs, margins, turns, etc.).
