Job Title: Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team at Rocky Mountain Equipment. As a key member of our Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair equipment faults and malfunctions
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment downtime
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience working on CASE IH agriculture and CASE CE construction equipment is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
