* Remain up to date with Jukebox's products and services
* Front-of-house reception duty, as needed

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Superb organizational skills

* Self-motivation
* Determination to complete tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

* Customer Support: 3 years (call center, hospitality, retail, or similar positions)
* Print/Graphic Communications: 1 year

Work Schedule:

The Customer Service Representative position is full time and working hours are Monday-Friday from 10AM-6PM.
